Why I Started Dang That’s Good

I started this blog because I’m always chasing that one bite that makes you stop mid-chew and say, “Dang… that’s good.” Whether it’s something I whip up at home or discover on the road, I wanted a place to share real-deal recipes that are easy, crave-worthy, and never boring.

Over time, it became more than just a recipe log — it’s a mix of my kitchen experiments, comfort food classics, and the meals people always ask me to make again. If it’s on here, it’s because it passed the “make it twice” test… and maybe even the “lick the plate” test too.
